-Hit your watch and go for 30 staright minutes. Stop for no more tgan 20-30s at a time to reset.
-Can be done directly before/after CrossFit class as needed.

After yesterday's CF workout, I'm not sure if I will able to walk again.
ReplyDeleteGet some compression on your calves. I slept in and have wore some light compression sleeves all day to help with the soreness.
