-Remember every time you're in the gym to do your new ankle strengthen exercises. If you forget, you can do these at home and just have someone hold their hand against your foot for resistance.

my ankle is very sore today :( Should I continue with the stretches?
ReplyDeleteTake a couple days off. If its bothering you when walking or running. Get in and use the upright bike for the intervals tomorrow. There are bikes in the strength and conditioning center that I think are rarely used.
