CrossFit class
Discussion:
Let me know how you're doing with this so far, answer one or more of the following questions:
1) Are you energized? Do you feel more tired after increasing our volume (amount of work)?
2) Are you getting enough sleep/eat/recovery/mobility between workouts?
3) Are you sore, do you feel like you need an extra day off during the week to recover?
4) Are you workouts, running or CrossFit, feeling different, good or bad?
If you're feeling great, let me know that as well. I really want to make sure everyone is doing okay with the volume and format of our new training schedule. I don't want to push everyone too far, and I don't want you taking it easy either. Thanks for your input!

Personally, CF870E is going great. My biggest challenge is fitting it into my schedule, but that's working itself out. I think I started to get the feel of the Pose style on Tuesday, so that's encouraging. Ready for more. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat. For the sake of everyone with strict schedules, I am trying to keep the workout scheme similar on a weekly basis as much as possible, if there are many major changes I'll let everyone know ahead of time. You're definitely picking it up, keep working on those drill when you have a few extra minutes before a workout, but don't get burnt out on them. One little change at a time. Keep up the good work!
DeleteI feel great when I get to do the quality CF and CFE workouts. I really struggle to get a good balance bc of having a 5 month old and crazy work schedule! I think being able to figure out how to get a more consistent schedule would help me tremendously.
ReplyDeleteOh, and my calves are crazy sore!
