Saturday:
Endurance Workout @ 8:00 a.m.
-Dress warm, plan on portions of the workout being outdoors
Team WOD @ 9:30 (optional)
Sunday:
Recovery Workout Of:
-Run/Bike/Swim for at least 20 minutes
-Yoga or Mobility session on your own
Don't forget to email your questionnaire when complete. Take your time, if you need it!
